My name is Jeffrey Manso. I’m a career coach, keynote speaker and trainer. I run a coaching practice called Gr8ness Coaching, where I empower students and early career professionals to figure out their career path from sixth form, university and the workplace.

At Gr8ness Coaching, we are passionate about helping students gain clarity on their career path. We believe in order to make the world a better place, we need to make better human beings. Change can only occur when we are aware of our own superpower and we use it to our advantage. When we control our world, we are able to control our lives.

Colleges and Universities often grapple with helping their students understand their career paths more. 64% of students struggle to stay motivated for their future, while 38% feel uncertain about what they want to do for a living.

While recognising this, the importance of networking for students on LinkedIn cannot come at a better time than now. Developing a personal brand on LinkedIn is crucial for increasing their professional visibility, showcasing skills, and accessing more career opportunities. Coaching and Mentoring positively impact students, as they will see an improvement in their self-confidence and academic performance.
